| Maumee Valley Veterinary Clinic is a family owned and operated animal health care facility since 1987, and currently devotes 95% of its care to family dog and cat members. Over the years the portion of the practice devoted to cows, pigs, and sheep has steadily decreased, but remains a vital service to those who need it. Dr. Nahrwold has raised rabbits for 40 years and has developed an expertise in serving the community in rabbit health care. He also authored a chapter in the textbook Care and Management of Pet Pigs. The staff has a devoted, animal loving background, with over 38 pets among them, not counting numerous chickens, rabbits, and horses. They are a faithful, experienced staff, with most having worked at MVVC for over 13 years. "We pride ourselves in keeping our overhead low, but staying very modern with technology and continuing education, so that we can deliver high quality of care at reasonable and affordable prices." |
